No; not even OXM gave it a 10. But I can see Gears 2 getting a 10 easily.

anyway the reviewing system is broken gta4 was far from being a 10, i say a 9.5 maybe, metal gear either wasn't a 10 i finish it in 4:30h (took me 30hours to do that) no game you can finish under 5hours deserve a 10

Lbp got a 9.7 from ign uk, while Au and Us gave it 9.2 and 9.5. I think this game will follow the same trend.

You obviously didn't watch the cutscenes which are probably the largest part of the game.
