Forums - General - I excersize alot but i think im putting on more weight...

About 8 months ago, i ate pretty much what i wanted and still stayed slim and have a pretty nice stomach, now i am doing weight training, lots of sit ups (at the work gym) and i walk for 1:30 hours a day, but i seem to be putting on weight on the stomach. Im eating much heathier (i dont eat chocolate or crisps and i dont drink), to try and get rid of excess fat but still get the calories to burn for the weights...Im only just turned 20, everything else on my body is nice and toned, but my stomach seems to be getting bigger!

Why is this happening?

If you drastically reduce your food intake your body will react as though food is getting rare. When this happens, your body retains all it can as if it was preparing for a starvation period.

So if you ate a lot before and suddenly switched to much smaller meals this could be it.

Pregnancy?

May be something to do with your diet but I've no idea really.

Wait... you're asking this here... where the most excersize people get is lifting a controller? to get up to turn on/off a console? and switching disks? Try Men's Health... xD

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Smoking
Excessive drinking
TV/MOVIES/INTERNET 16 hours a day
Kebabs!

and if you feel like endulging in a little 'excercise' there is always Wii-Fit.
