Haha serves them right if ya ask me. Companies that make products that have multiple failures in this day and age is negligence and they should be brought upon lawsuits for something that was probably put on market knowing this would happen.

m$ doesn't do that yet, but the lawsuit will force them do that,
There is no video-game console lemon law that I'm aware of, so unless MS refuses to replace the units as they break, this suit is going nowhere. If the CA AG filed suit, it *might* have a chance of being effective, but then it would only apply to CA residents.
I'm sure this attorney is hoping that MS will start to sweat and settle, but I doubt it... they're not stupid, i.e. - they know there isn't any law that forces them to provide refunds instead of performing repairs.
