Hmm...I wouldn't be too sure, Rol. After all, he did make this epic post in Benga's article on the front page :) "360 does have the bulk of JRPG support, but we can all agree, that a good portion (maybe all) of these games have had paid, exclusivity contracts to go along with it. And with MS stating how they aren't going to curb spending in the EDD because of the lack of money it makes, it means that JRPGs won't flock to the 360 because of the almighty (lol) dollar.

Knowing S-E and the fact that they said that they wanted to make TLR their next blockbuster franchise, I think they have big plans for TLR in terms of marketing. Heck, there is already a lot of hype for the game in Japan.
So is S-E going to start making Survival horrors and FPS? I'd like to see them try it a bit. They can always try and make a WRPG too, wouldn't kill them.

I think it would it easier for an American developer to develop a JRPG than for a Japanese company to make a WRPG. Reason is because of Anachronox, a well regarded(though not very popular) American developed JRPG. However, I can't think of one Japanese developed WRPG that is well regarded.
