3 year warranty if you get RROD.

This is going to sound really weird, but up until recently my 360 was almost two years old and hadn't had any problems. Then, starting a couple weeks ago, my 360 started getting RRODs.

The weird thing is, when it boots up and gives me RROD I can simply turn it off, turn it back on and it will work just fine. I've gotten the red ring seven or eight times and I've always been able to bypass it thus far.

I fear that my console is getting ready to kick the bucket or something. Has anyone had this problem before and can anyone tell me what's going on with it?

never fixed it or send it back to get fixed and sold all games

You see, the MS warranty and service plan is great, provided you're in a country that will allow you to take advantage of it.
Personally, I'm not. the closest center would be three countries and countless miles away from me which makes unreliability issues a real problem for me.
After getting 2 RRoD's and returning and replacing the 360 under store policy, my last one got the DVD scratch problem and ruined just about whatever i threw at it.
So, I gave up. Replaced it with a PS3 and so far for 1 1/2 years later not a shred of a problem, even though the systems were in identical positions.
Once I'm relatively certain the problems are solved on the 360 I'll get one again, but until then I simply cannot afford to take the risk.

1. One RRoD last week and got the 360 back yesterday.
2.I usually purchasing ALL consoles so a not-repairable 360 will always replaced by a 360.
3.Of course i will see 2.
Most likely Microsoft will be even stronger and better with their next system.

0. I've had my xbox 360 since late 2006 and I still haven't had one.

2. Did u get rid of your 360 cause of RROD and if so what system did u buy to replace it?

Most likely, as the xbox brand attracts alot of pc developer support and those are the games I enjoy the most.

I've got it twice. First I got it back in one week, second 10 days and a free Kameo and wireless headset. 2 xbox months of live gold were also provided.

No, why would I? The warranty is 3 years, you get it back quick and it's free and it has great games. I'm not interested in any console else.

 I'll get the one it has the best games, if MS continues the same strategy of the 360 on games I'll get it for sure.
