I want to replay it, but I have SOOOOO much equipment. Even when I dump 30 items, I'm overloaded in about 5 minutes!! I bought "Bring Down the Sky" months ago, and haven't even gotten to it yet. How do I dump my entire inventory? I want to play with my boosted stats!!
it was a disappointing RPG, but still solid.
I wish it had a better story, more length and more choices/consequences. It doesn't live up against Baldur's Gate 2.
I intend to try it some time... Sometime...

Glad to hear you liked it.
I really enjoyed it as well. It was one of those games I bought when it first came out because I've enjoyed Biowares games in the past but just couldn't get into it. It wasn't until months later that I actually touched it and boy did I enjoy it.
I got the DL content, but have not had a chance to play it yet. Hopefully I"ll get around to it once I return home. Looking forward to Mass Effect 2.

The inventory screens are terrible, which is sad. I think you're screwed if you're on the 360 version, I believe you can tweak the config file for the game to increase the max amount of items you can carry. It only delays the problem, but what else can you do?
At least you should always have 999 omni-gel, lol.
I don't like the way they ended the game, as it closes the door on future DLC, so hopefully, Mass Effect 2 will not do this. But the game was awesome, and I loved it....absolutely a must have for RPG lovers.
If I could just make it to a merchant, I'd be happy, but when I have to dump 1000 items on the first planet, 1 at a time, I end up turning the game off. Amazing title, but this is a frustrating oversight.
I'm getting that game soon, saw it the other day for 19 pounds. (PC version)
But i'll give it a go around christmas.
Here is my usual rundown of the game (must have posted this over 3 times already):
Honestly, I thought it reminded me a lot of Star Trek with all the different cultures, races, the Alliance (like the Federation for Earth), etc. That's one of the reasons why I thought that the story was going to be awesome because everything made sense. We also get a great view of how the political affairs take place in the not-so-distant future! I thought the story was very well-written and the gameplay was plain awesome (even though there were some frame-drops).
By the way, the ending was just too epic, especially when you have invested a couple of months in the game like me (school was killing me). I see you're not disappointed so far, and the last hours just get better! I always thought "Oh, this is how it all ends? Hmmm, ok..." but then other things start and stuff, etc. Let's just say I haven't been so proud to watch the credits of a game in my entire life (and the music was pretty good, it matched the style)!
I was sad at the same time because I would have to wait another year for a sequel though... Only thing I know is that according to Casey Hudson, Project Director for BioWare, players should keep their Mass Effect save-files, because decisions made by the player in the first game will continue to have influences on their character in the sequel. And yeah, I took that from Wikipedia!
Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
