I want to take advantage of the Netflix service... I'm currently living in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Is a city in the border (I go to Laredo, Texas almost everyday... the international bridge is at 12 blocks from my home).

Problem is, I can't use Netflix because the service checks my ISP IP location, and Netflix can only be used in USA.

Can we use a VPN or a proxy server?

You should be able to use a proxy, but I don't know about the 360 side of it.
