Valhalla Knights actually looks really good.

If I changed the colour of my hair and styled it, and became a first class soldier, I'D look like Cloud to.

Anyway, I just wish people wouldn't get so defensive. I say he's a Cloud-wannabe and people go nuts trying to defend the game pretending there are no similarities then back-pedaling saying that almost all JRPG characters are like that when I point them out.

You're the only one defending your ball-tripping claim. Everyone just jumped on because it's a ridiculous comparison (so far. no one knows how the charcter actually is), not because we're defending the game. We know very little about it.

It's not that ridiculous.  I said he seemed like a cross between Lloyd and Cloud in the first thread we saw him in (same one that I pointed out the Eureka7 similarity).  After seeing him in CG doing Advent Children-style jumping around with his giant sword, he seems even more similar to Cloud.

Also, I hope you're not saying that people wouldn't defend a game they know little about.  You've been in these forums long enough to know better.  If not we can take a trip down memory lane in the Sony forum with a title of your choice (Lair, Haze, etc) or maybe we can just wait for Conduit to be released.


And as an aside... "ball-tripping," "homes," "loco?"  Are we suddenly in the 80s again? O.o

Anyway, new trailer.

Trailer's nice. Hopefully somebody translates it soon. I want to know more about the story. Oh and judging from the trailer it looks like you could move on the battle screen? That means that attacks are turnbased and use menus, but you could still dodge the attacks of your enemy, or move to a spot that will be better to attack at? Anyway the game looks great and is my second most anticipated wii game.

Hope this turns out to be good.
