I've seen the interview myself, and so have several other people. Looks like some people at NeoGaf did take pictures of the video, at least, as proof.

There is no question about this. I am not making this up. Please trust that I saw a video where the question was explicitly asked, to the lead developer no less: what platforms, and when? Answer: Fall 2009, PS3/360.
