I signed up within hours of receiving the notification e-mail and have been checking religiously for my code.  I hoped today would be the day, but alas, no such luck.  Anyone from here get in ??  From my understanding it is to be an older build, and is for load testing the servers.

I just talked to a guy at Sony who said they have no date set for the release of the beta as the Socom beta was recently extended..

I also emailed them, pissed off. They make a lot of money off of me - I probably own more games for my PS3 than most people on this site for their preferred console (I have about 20 disc-based games and 18 downloaded games), including an annual subscription to Qore..and I still can't get into any betas that I try to get into?

ahh i so ant to play this game it is my most anticipated game of the year.

if or as soon as you get in the beta write a thread about the brilliance of the game!

I have applied at myresistance and gamepro, but I dont think they have started sending out codes, but I will continue to check.

So far I have got in the SOCOM (which I did not really like) and the LBP betas, so I really hope I can get in this one

wow, thats brutal.  I wonder what their criterion for beta testers is, or if its just random. 

I was referring to the Multiplayer beta that was apparently starting today.  Perhaps they moved the date due to damn SOCOM

EDIT: I jsut checked Insomniacs website and they say that Qore subscribers and pre-orders from Gamespot will be in the public beta
