I get the idea behind this thread Ck, but Dynasty Warriors 6? That is supposed to counteract the recent critical statements by the higher ups at Konami, Bandai-Namco, and Square Enix.

That makes what? 4 PS3 exclusive 3rd party games announced today from Japan?

Sega- Valkyrie of the Battlefield
Koei- Dynasty Warriors 6
Namco- New game from Katamari makers
Nippon Ichi- Disgaea 3

Is this an 'exclusive' to the PS3? I've heard about a new Dynasty Warriors game for the PS3 and 360 about merging all the DW and SW series characters and instead of army vs army, it's a 3 officer team vs a big army.

We'll see how the combat is, I was dumb enough to be suckered into the older Dynasty Warriors games, but unless there is some major stuff going on with a new one, a simple renting is all I'm going to want.

Mainly, it better not be just a supercharged Dynasty Warriors 5. I want to see massive draw distance with no objects or soldiers fading in or out and hopefully soldier AI that actually fights instead of clumping in circles and side stepping with an attack every couple of seconds.

Counteract? It's a new game announced for PS3 from a popular franchise. It's not meant to counteract anything. Also Namco just announced a new PS3 game today.

lol nice, cant wait to see how well this sells.. should boost DW: Gundam again too lol.
