Well, we will find out sometime :P

Yeah but I just find it wierd that Noise is making game not being published by nintendo even though they are second party and to my knowledge haven't release a game that wasn't published by Nintendo.

Noise started out as a PC developer in the mid 90s, but joined in the Marigul Management initiative in the late 90s to work with Nintendo on N64 games.  They're technically 3rd party though, Nintendo doesn't own them, they just work with them regularly (like Skip, AlphaDream, Camelot, Artoon, Next Level, Monster Games, Fuse Games, etc).  Same goes for Ambrella, which is the only other Marigul alum still around.

Actually  Ambrella and Noise are completed funded by Nintendo which why I listed them as Second Party...Nintendo owned a large piece of the company Marigul about 40% and all thier develop teams... but not controlling share...... the company knowns as the Rest owns the other 60%.. So I think enough of piece to consider both exclusive members to Nintendo development team...

Not completely, Noise just recently made a game for Namco Bandai.  Nintendo doesn't hold a stake in either company either afaik, oth are fully independent.

And do you mean Recruit?  They were the one's who co-owned Marigul with Nintendo...

Who publish does not make a difference look at Monolith soft game releases after thier were bought by nintendo and still make games for Namco Bandai... All companies under Marigul were partly owned by Nintendo and Recruit... As right now NIntendo completely funds Noise so I still don't see how Nintendo doesn't own them in some way either partially or fully...

I love fighting games !!! Come on challenge me !

Well, Nintendo doesn't list them as one of their subsidiaries in their investment reports and on Noise's site they claim they're 100% privately owned.  Hence, Nintendo doesn't own even any portion them.  Same story for Ambrella.

Marigul was just a management company, it didn't actually own the developers, they just worked exclusively with and funded them.
