Now I hope They design for the ps3 and, if possible, port to the x360. The opposite of what happened till now. Man, they got 50Gbs to put a game on, use it, please. Then make it short for the x360 DVD.

Look at sales of Star Wars PS3 VS 360. Why would you focus your attention to the system that will sell less software?
It still doesn't make any sense to make the game for ps3 and then do a gimped version for 360. Not that 360 would be getting the gimped version as it can do anything ps3 can...other than storage space which if absolutely necessary can be done on multiple DVDs.

First why would it be gimped? Make a game for one console then optimise it for the other, in the end you get 2 games optimised for their respective consoles. More DVDs cost money, in the end 3 or more DVDs cost more then 1 Blu-ray. (Doesn't it?)
And yes, 360 sells more but over time that might not be the case, one detaining factor si that currently on the PS3 games they don't lose money from piracy.
Hmm, pie.
It's pretty obvious that the PS3 userbase is hard to ignore for developers, and we've heard more and more reports of developers learning and understanding the PS3 architecture more and more as well. So if you have the resources and the time, why not develop for the PS3? The PS3's userbase is the smallest, but in context, it's big enough for investment.
Also (@ disolitude) as long as the PS3 version of a game (or any other console version) makes profit, it doesn't matter if it sells less that the competitors version. Also as long as a console's version of a game is taking advantage of the console's hardare, there will be no relative gimped version of that game.

"Developers Starting to back PS3 TOO"
then everybody agree.
Time to Work !
This article makes no sense. The PS3 was the most well-backed console of any system launch this generation, even moreso than the XB360 when it launched. If anything, the PS3 had scared off some developers, and is just regaining some now that it's holding its own against the XB360
At the end of the day, the system that has truly gained larger backing is the Wii, as a lot of developers took a wait and see approach to the system. With its success, more devs have been jumping aboard.
The legs a game get are a proportion of it´s sales. That´s why until the price cut GtaIV and SoulCalibur IV were both selling more in the PS3. The user base is what get´s x360 the big first week sales. If the price cut settles and x360 is again bellow PS3( As I believe given the drops is getting), the ps3 will have bigger legs. Is the same thing that happens with the wii. It sell´s badly in the beggining because it doesn´t appeal most wii owners, but then the big wii sales compensate.

Actually, it makes plenty of sense when you take things in CONTEXT. Anyone can back a console by saying "We are backing the [insert console here]." But it's the development and approach of development of the console the article is referring to. I'll agree with you that announcement of support was heavy behind the PS3 when first announced. And I don't see how this has anything to do with the Wii since the article implies that it is also about mulit-platform games that are NOT on the Wii.

They said that about the Wii, which has the highest user base and much cheaper dev costs. But they have not done much.
