I'm sorry to inform you, but PC has better games than every system including the Wii. No need to be anti HD. PC is capable of doing everything... YES, even motion controls. |
I think he was asking a rhetorical question, not flaming PC gaming.
That said, PC gaming has an unfair advantage, in that it has no generations, and thus any game ever released on PC is included in its library, not to mention emulators.
That said, yes, the PC has great games. Though the consoles also have great non-PC games as well. I love the PC to death, and my life wouldn't be complete without having played Diablo II or WoW, but I pobably wouldn't be a gamer if I never played Zelda, and my life wouldn't be complete if I'd never played the Metal Gear Solid series, so despite the numerical advantage of the PC, I wouldn't give up my console for it. Afterall, my console is newer and plays games with graphics that my crappy PC can't.
A problem with PC gaming is there is no PC platform. Having to upgrade and replace a system much more often than the 6 year lifecycle inherant to console gaming, along with variable performance between PCs and a general lack of security in your gaming directed purchase are several reasons that PC gaming gets a bad wrap. If my PC that I built 4 years ago for 800 dollars could play the games that are coming out for PC now, then screw the Xbox 360. However, safety and security lies with the console, because I know that with said console, I own a platform that will be able to play all the new games released for it just as well as anyone else can. Safety, and security. The bread and butter of the console argument.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.
