On this site http://wii.qj.net/?pg=49&aid=124463 they have made mention that US retailer Walmart are getting exclusive track packs for Rockband 2 of great Aussie rock band AC/DC!  It's appears to be coming to all consoles!

While us aussies are actually still waiting for the first Rock Band atleast the future looks brighter! 

update..Sorry I forgot to mention this is for Rockband 2 on the title and can't edit it now!

One of my sig links is to a good live performance by AC/DC. There really are an amazing live band (not that I've seen them, just going by videos)

It kind of funny that so many people bitched about GH doing this very thing. What have these people to say now?

They will be available for download, no doubt. And it doesn't matter that you did not put RB 2 in the title because all songs are compatible between the two.

Who's going to buy this garbage? It's not even the album versions, it's a set of LIVE tracks for full price. They don't even have enough respect for owners to give them the real versions they actually want.

So now whenever they can't get an album they want by a band, the band can always give them some random live show they've done 8,000 times and charge full price for it for the dupes who buy this crap.

Tracks packs still suck but what to do eh?

I have 2 question... i will buy guitar hero 4, can i play rockband 2 with the gh instruments?? because if i can i would like to buy only the rockband 2 game and i comes the other question, i need to have the rockband 2 game disc to play this acdc game??? because i would buy rockband 2 for acdc. I would like an answer.

Yes you can use the GH instruments with RB2.

No you do not need to buy the RB2 disc to play these tracks.  It will be sold as a standalone release at Wal*mart.  If you wish to play the songs in RB2 there is an activation code that will allow you to download the songs as DLC for the RB2 game.  More than likely they will be sold as seperate DLC without having to purchase the disc at Wal*mart but right now there has been no confirmation either way.
