I can not get the patch for burnout paradise... It will not prompt me to dl a patch when starting the game no matter what I do... Anyone else having this problem??? This is very irritating

Yet when the Criterion News loads up, it says the patch is live.....
Well with more research it looks like it is only live in Europe right now. They really should specify that cause they do clearly say its live when u load the game. I guess we will get ours later today. O well...

PSN was updated with Burnout Digital and WipeoutHD at 3h30 PM EST so might want to check again......
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
Mine STILL will not start a automatic patch/trophy update when I start the game. This is getting ridiculous....

Lol still no update but I guess it will come at some time. I have another question however, do u have to delete your save file to start a new game because I looked at all the menu's and I do not see a "new game" option/button anywere in the game... Am I missing something?
