this is SO high !

PS3 sales are dropping due to the lack of releases in the recent weeks ( Madden and Star Wars are not so big in Europe).

Sales should start picking up again around Mid October when the holydays titles start coming out ( imo a few small titles made a very bad choice of coming out at the same time as the big holydays titles and probably would have made a lot higher sales if they had come out early september..).

Stuff like Golden Axe, Dead Space, ... will have a hard time getting decent sales at the time they release..

Disappointing xbox360 numbers that for sure, at least wii is selling great as always. PS3, i guess they can still outsell xbox360 even if it costing twice as much.

What are the facts here? As in...when was the cut, ie....how many days, since if it was 1 day for the period covered, then it's a pretty remarkable jump, if it was for all days, then a modest jump. Can PAL (I emphasis P-A-L) poster have the data?

Cut was on the 19th, period covered is to the 20th.

So it was for the 19th and hte 20th....ie....2 days.  Hmm...unless PAL customers are just pining to bum rush stores to buy a new console, i'd say the jump is pretty darn impressive.

No....it really isn't.... and I was hoping for the 360 to whoop the PS3 too because I've been wondering what a $299 PS3 will sell like in PAL territories.

The new PS2 bundled with the Singstar package is 100 euro. And yes, they sold a ton of those bundles in Switzerland.
