The fail starts...
Been reading on the Web and Dragon Age:Origins saves are copy protected. That means I have to finish the game on the old PS3 and I have to pray the repaired PS3 will still be working when DLCs come...

 

What I am wondering now is if you can plat a game doing half the work on one console and the rest on the other.

Because I could finish mage playthrough on the old console and do my rogue playthrough on the new one...

Question is will the plat unlock when I get the last missing trophy on the new console if I got the rest of the trophies on the old console ?

The DLC is already out by the way. On Euro store anyway.

Which one ?

I have Warden's keep and the Shale DLC.( and the trophies for those)

But there is a new DLC about Ostagar coming around Chrismas I think...

 

PS: The one thing that was nice is this ordeal is how easy it is to redownload on the new PS3 everything you have purchased on the PS Store...

it depends who sends the unlock platinum trophy, if the games keeps data about what trophy you have unlocked, independantly of what trophies I have earned on the old PS3 I might get screwed...

Once YLODS repaired, sometimes the console breaks on the same day,week,month but sometimes you get lucky and it'll take months to break again.

I don't know why, but I can't get enough of Borderlands. It's highly addictive and the loot system satisfies my loot whoring ways (something I developed when playing a few MMOs). I'm level 25 right now and got stuck trying to do a sidequest for revolver parts (damn waypoint in the game is screwed up on those and the Claptrap quests).

My next Gamefly game is Lego Indiana Jones 2, which was surprising since it just came out this week and didn't expect to get the first shipment of the game. I only played a little bit of previous Lego games (i.e. demos), but they were plenty of fun.
