Just got platinum on Call of Duty 5. Man that was insanely hard!! Definitely the hardest part for me was the end of 'Burn Em Out'. I'd say it took me over 2 hours to clear the final checkpoint.

How are the multiplayer trophies and how hard is the veteran campaign compared to COD4's, i almost broke my mouse when I was trying to beat the last stage (airplane) on vet for COD4, don't really want to experience that again.

@bbsin
There are only 3 strictly multi-player trophies which are easy. You can obtain a number of others in multi-player, but for the most part they are solo only. I didnt play COD4 on veteran, but here i can assure you some parts are very frustrating with infinite enemy respawns (until you advance) and some long checkpoints that it made me want to throw my controller... A LOT.

Im gonna get past this week by Hanzo I reckon.... I haven't been able to really play due to some interior rearrangement stuff since I movec into this new apartment.

Oh, well fuck it.

Im still playing COD5 on Vet, man this shit really is ridiculous.

The AI is fucking cheap. How the hell can it always know where you are?

Oh dear, all this CoD WaW veteran stuff has me worried, how hard is hardened, because at least you can get the gold from that. The veteran levels are only bronzes aren't they? And I assume the earlier levels wont be that hard... I hope

I think I will just play it through on normal first to get all the other trophies,

Devs can't add the equivalent of 0 point achievements can they? Because the Xbox version of WaW require you to get to level 10 prestige, for 0g, to get all the achievements

@Rukusa
Yeah on Verteran its totally cheap how the enemies always seem to know where you are. Grenade insta-kills also made me want to cry. I had 5 grenades thrown at me at once one time. Obviously it was impossible to throw them all back before they exploded so I had to run out from cover and then guess what - an instant headshot. lol so frustrating at times.

@Munkeh111
I played Hardened on the first level to get the trophy for not dying on hardened/vet and it wasn't nearly as bad as veteran. I got the trophy my first try.

Compare this game to Dead Space impossible difficulty and Dead Space was still so much fun to play. The only thing I kept running low on was ammo, but I always had enough credits to buy more.

I'm playing Battlefield Bad Company now on the hardest difficulty and to my surprise when you die you continue exactly where you left off. Its kind of refreshing not to have to start from the same checkpoint over and over like in COD5. The only big disappointment is the trophies for normal don't unlock for playing it on hard. Otherwise, that game is pretty cool with all the destructible environments.

Also I still need to play Bioshock on its hardest difficulty with no vita chambers. I get the feeling it will still be fun to play. Or would someone who has completed this say it was really frustrating?

I gave up on Battlefield online trophies, I have all the offlines. but 10002 Kills in online, it would take tooo long.
I hate these trophies that are not "hard" but you have to play like 100 hours to get... Like the ones in Warhawk.

c´mon, there are another games to play.
