The inevitable has happened. My 60gig was hit with YloD :( I really don't feel like buying a heat gun and solder since it will set me back a hundred or so bucks and likely break again. What sucks is I will lose all my save data....Finding a Slim is hard atm.....Fuck!

YLOD doesnt mean hard drive crash. Get a new PS3, pop in the hold HDD, and either just use that or pull data off it and use the new one.

You can't. Each HDD is linked to that specific ps3. If I switch HDDs the ps3 will prompt a mandatory reformat to the HDD :((

Yeah, this is the second time It's happened. First time was due to a faulty HDD. I will back up my data periodically from now on.

Like i said we should keep the ratings we have. Sure we can look into other sites and their ratings but we shouldn´t let them determine our ratings too much. Think the ratings so far has been great so no need to change.

I would agree also. The ratings should stay the same. Wasn't this rating thing just introduced for fun and to discourage people platting really easy games? People just need to chill out a little about this. It's not that big of a deal anyways. The ratings for games would be subjective from person to person as some people are better at some forms of videogames than others.

Man, I think some people were right into saying that the grind from GR9 to GR10 on White Knight Chronicles was a big hump (especially with the one boring Best Served Cold II quest, which most people want to run). I did make some nice progress the last few days, in that I have around 33-34 quests with a S rank, with about 4-5 more quests sitting at a A-B rank. I also probably have around 425-450 items, so I shouldn't be that far off from the 600 item trophy. It's coming along SLOWLY, but I'm getting there.

I'm only GR8 still, been playing some Madden.

I do have 25 S ranked quests so far with a couple I might be able to S rank solo...

I went mage after my rebirth and I'm kinda kicking butt, I almost have all the mats for my GR9 staff too ( only lacking harvested mats and I can get those in like 1 hour if I don't have all of them by the time I hit GR9).
