I´m playing cross edge again these days, but as soon as my bayonetta copy arrives: hello lady in black!

There is a huge part associated with luck in how long you will take to plat the game....

I spent over 15 hours farming for a pure bladestone before ending trading for one with another player....( yes that's 15 hours killing the same single mob, 2 minute per run, you do the maths...)

@ail how good is bayonetta, i was big fan of first devil may cry and not the rest but some reviews say its similiar to the first dmc.
iv nearly platinumed all my owned games so want to buy 1 or 2 end of month that take awhile. one will be sacred 2 so just need 1 more lol

It's not bad but it's not the definitive action game like some say.

It's fun, but I have a couple issues with it :

- loading times kinda sucks which make skipping any cinematic take almost 10 seconds..

- the game is all about dodging, provided you get that right you don't really need to learn combos and can smash any attack button ( there are so many combos that random smashing of kick and punch almost always lead to a combo..).

Personally I prefered DMC4 but I am probably in the minority ( what I really hate about Bayoneta is how screwy the score is and how the leaderboard means nothing, I played DMC4 200h+ for the leaderboard but once I have the plat I don't think I will play more Bayonetta..)

Aside from that it is a fun game... The game itself isn't that hard in normal mode ( hard mode seems a lot harder but I only have played the prologue) but the alfheim Portal are hard ( similar to DMC4 stuff where you enter a portal and have to achieve an objective in a limited amount of time).

@ail thanks, personally never played the forth but may play bayonetta in the summer then as my hands are in pain from button mashing lol
hoping europe gets demon souls soon and cant wait for gow collection as missed out on ps2 so when thats released im getting that :)

FF13 is definitely a *** game, I can tell you after 65 hours+ of game...

Batman AA has no real challenge, I mean, the game itslef is short and easy and only some combos can be tricky... the remaining is child's play or pure pleasure (Great great game indeed !)...

FF13 is both hard, time consuming and quite challenging.

I beat the final boss with power around 800-900 and I am now around 2500+ and there's no way I can beat on five stars most missions... I think I am 40% through the "Level Up one Caracter to Level Max for ALL Jobs"... Crazy...

I was thinking about getting Bayonetta but after i tried the demo i said not. I didn't like it at all thought it was just a mess and also hearing about the bad port the developers did was a letdown. Many people keeping saying it rapes Dmc4, imo Dmc4 is much better wish Capcom would announce Dmc5.

Those 40-50 hours are for beating it the first time. To get the plat, you will need a lot more.

I have close to 100 hours now. I still need a few stones, beat the last stage on my 2 playthrough, beat a 3rd playthrough and then kill a few more bosses on my 3rd playthrough.

I still have another 20 hours to go.

I was lucky and got the pure Bladestone on my 3rd try. The chunks of Cloudstone are annoyig me now.

I must concur that MW2 on Veteran isn't as bad as I thought so far, although I do end up dying quite a bit (Takedown was annoying with the enemies coming out of nowhere sometimes). I did manage to get to Wolverines last night, so I should hopefully have it done within a week or so.

I guess the next game Gamefly decided to send to me was Ghostbusters, which I don't believe was even in my top 10 on my Q. Does anyone even own this game and doesn't mind some boosting for the online trophies? Figure I'd ask here first before I start whoring myself out to other sites in hope of getting a boosting partner...
