Forums - Sony - Bad news for PS3 TF2

That is a big if MrBubbles. I didn't know about Valve's animosity towards the PS3 until I clicked on that last link, but it appears the guy has some serious issues with the PS3. But he probably isn't the say all end all for all of Valve's decisions either.

He doesn't have all the say obviously, he's one man.  He is the CEO and a huge voice of Valve though.  Valve has no problem with putting it on PS3 if it earns them more money.

It probably wouldn't though.  They'd need to get a whole PS3 development team because it is so different, and would the PS3 sales of Left 4 Dead or TF2 content cover their costs?  I think no or not by much to do it.

PC is where it's at.  360 version will be good, nothing wrong with it, but controls aside even, the PC version is going to get a lot more instant support for bugs as well as additional content, both from Valve and the users.  Users have already made Left 4 Dead maps that'll be playable on day 1...it's simply no contest if you've got the PC.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

 Which, thank god, I do.
