No! Just because PS3 has outsold the 360 in Europe does not mean it is neccessarily doing good in Europe. You forget that PS2 finished over 100 million units WW ahead of the Xbox.

I think that the PS3 has a lot more juice in it and bigger momentum gains ahead.

I agree, and the big picture is quite complicated, different launch times, delayed PS3 launch in EU and others, strong XB360 lead in USA... And the article is quite untimely, as we'll have to wait more than another 2 weeks, to all XB360 price cuts currently happening to not only entirely show their immediate effects (right now we only know good immediate ones in NA and JPN), but show how they'll settle after too and finally be charted, the current situation isn't very indicative for the longer term and we still haven't a clue on how it will evolve.
