That is because Jack Layton is the worst form of politician ... He lies, promises unrealistic results without any details on how he is going to achieve them, and he scapegoats one region against others; the only reason he gets away with this is because no one holds him accountable because the NDP are (for the most part) a fringe party.

Jack Layton can say all he wants and make unreasonable promises because he knows he won't ever be elected. Just like Gilles Duceppe doesn't have platform because his party won't ever be elected.
As for Dion, I could never bring myself to vote for this clown. He has this "better-than-thou" attitude that I can't stand and his English is worst than Jean Chrétien's.
So I'm left with Harper who kinda wins by default.

Voting sucks because you're not voting for the best candidate you're choosing the one that's "less bad" than the others or the one that doesn't piss you off as much... >_>
Also, politicians talk a lot to say nothing... So whomever people vote for there's not much that will get done.

Who in their right mind would vote for Pierre Trudeau? He is a charismatic idiot, ran the ecconomy into the ground, and was one of the worst Prime Ministers Canada ever had.
