Yes, because of Gears.

LBP is a complete unknown. If it does 1.5 million Fable 2 will destroy it. If it goes gangbusters things could get interesting.

The problem with this comparison is LBP's sales will be higher than they deserve to be due to bundling in Europe (and possibly elsewhere).
