Its pop in Japan is already over and if not it won't last more than a couple of weeks. Even at $199.99 for a week it only managed to sell 90,000 units in the Americas not 100,00 which was actually bad news for the system, so probably not.

At any rate, I refuse to congratulate the 360 for winning one week.

I hope you know that the "IT'S ONLY 2 DAYS!" excuse was bullshit. It's now been 9 days worth of data. And the figures show that 2 days worth of sales were better than 7 days. Next week you can expect a drop in NA and Japan for the 360. We can also expect a slight increase in Japan for the Ps3 (And with 360 numbers dropping we may see Ps3 sales increase). Will the shifts amount to a 30k difference? I don't know but anything less than 10k lead for either platform is a tie anyway.

My prediction. Fable 2 = another Too Human, Ninja Gaiden 2, Infinite Undiscovery, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

those games don't even seem worth for the hype. I remember people saying Too Human would be another boost to the system. What!? how come I didn't see a boost?

The only boost I see would be a Halo game coming out. Next week it will go down, either it will match the Ps3 WW sales close or beat it by a little extra. in the third week, it won't beat the PS3 sales WW.

Again, pricecut is only temporary. Not a factor for winning the console wars.

I think we may see the 360 win a few weeks comfortably and then the battle between the two will get closer again. Those European PS3 sales are killing the 360 chances of gaining a rwal advantage and are holding Sony up during this period!

Looking at the minor sales pops that the 360 received in Europe and the US because of the price cuts, and I feel it can be safely said that the 360 is not going to win another month worldwide for the rest of this console generation.
