x360 can win next week, but the whole x360 outselling will be 100% stopped after littlebigplanet coms out. and i think for the remaining months of this year x360 wont be outselling ps3.

You have been able to play in HD cheaper then the Wii since March when there was a price drop which other then the UK made little difference. And Live update is a selling point?

On topic, I think it'll be close but america sales will push 360 just ahead.

It's got a fair shot at it I think... Japan number will still have some boost to them, as will US, while I think Others will see a boost as well from price drop.

If you think LBP (for me it sucks, not buying) makes a difference, I think the 360 LIVE update makes a difference, for example you can private talk with up to 8 people.

But you know, everyone has different opinions.

sorry but, at the middle of october, PS3 > xbox360 ....

idk..considering the 360 only had that one RPG...and that was it. So that is how the Japanese are going to look at the console next week.

The only reason why the 360 won worldwide this week is because of the Japanese sales figures.

I don't think it will be that simple. Both are coming out with great games in October. It's a toss up whichever gets the most hype, better scores, and more advertisements.

you are right, in october there is a high chance that 360 will lead ps3, as 360 are also  coming out with great games.
