I have been busy lately, helping my sister move into her university flat, and trying to organise my new Wii Nintendo Channel data helpers on here, and sorting out a hell of a lot of crap (old letters/douments, old newspapers, and other general junk) that has accumulated in various orifices of my room.
Anyhow, on passing a MacDonalds with very little cash, a chasm in my stomach (it was 3:30pm and I hadn't eaten since 9:00am) and needing to catch the next train I thought I would, for once, have a burger.
The last time I had been to a MacDonalds was 2 1/2 years ago in Stockholm on a trip with my college, and I only had an orange juice so I didn't consider it a proper visit.
[On a side not, the MacDonalds in Stockholm was far nicer than any other I had been in, it even had a microwave which I first thought might be to warm the inevitably cold chips flour and potato based strips, but a second thought was that it might be for baby food instead.]
Previous to the orange juice though I think it was at least 5 or 6 years since I had been in a MacDonalds, making it a long time since I have eaten there.
My thought's on this (kind of) new experience to me you ask?
Very well...
...Meh.
That meaning: Damn it was cheap, but not impressive in the taste department. I bought just a standard cheeseburger on it's own and it was just 89p, but the only interesting thing about it was the rather nice relish they add, I could tell without that tasty sauce it would have been very bland.
So, VGC users, what are your thoughts on this massive establishment of meat products? When was the last time you ate in, or from a MacDonalds? are you a fast-food whore or do you boycott the place due to it's past ethical problems and probable poor quality of food.
