A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

SE still makes some excellent games but they definately aren't what they used to be. Too many remakes and spinoffs. They're at their best when they try something completely different (TWEWY) but that doesn't happen often enough.

Um, about the DQ thing... I don't care. Seems like you're making a big deal outta nothing... and you don't even have a link.

Maybe someone can be excited because of FF13 for example? Which will most likely be a great game. :)

Fuck off.
DQ4 translation is great ( apart the accent thing that I don't like ).
Yeah the talk to party function was removed but at least you can finally play this masterpiece ( experiencing a more quick flow of gameplay, the more important addition in this remake ).
Buy it instead of whiny like a cry baby.

Thanks Square, you can't even do remakes right anymore... I'm just glad I stopped expecting anything out of them as a developer after FFX.

 

 thank you. thank you for saying that. i say this all the time. i really hate people that say they liked FFXII. i hate people that say it compared to all the other FF games, even tho FFXII was terrible in comparison. although i think Square's bad rage ended this year with Crisis Core and The World Ends With You, for 3 or 4 years since FFX, Square has been terrible. Again, thank you for not being the only one who thinks that way.
