yes, or atleast a game that looks and mimics the GTA's that we know of

GTA only got big when 3 came out, using a 3rd person camera angle.
I don't know what they were thinking with this game.

my, is it too much to ask you to wait for videos or at least PROPER screenshots and not oversized scans? the scans in Phoenixus' link already look better and may I say that I loved the art style. but the best part is sticking with overhead/isometric camera, now all we need are scientists and rednecks :)
