Theres a candidate running for the Vermont Attorney General that wants to proesecute Bush for murder, based on the misleading of soldiers into an unfounded war in Iraq.

That's all fine and dandy, just one problem. Bush is not responsible for the war. Congress is. Bush had to ask for permission, and they granted it. If you want to go after him for how poorly it was run, that's fine. But the blame of there being a war in the first place falls on congress, not the presidency.
