As dumb as the name is.. and as trendfeeder as this title may be, do you think it has any chance of bieng a good game?

  Aparently it isn't looking half bad to major videogame sites so far.

The big eye catcher for me is the fact that apparently it will allow you to play the game with ANY song you have in your media library in addition to the featured songs.  Thats something pretty sweet. 

Also, If you like Karaoke, with that ability, this might be a cheaper karaoke set if you will, therefor it might justify the price.

Anyone else maybe interested in this title.  I'll be more interested if I find the mics are compatable with other games (i.e. not closed source)

It will be a singstar clone. The ability to sing any song off of your hdd is dumb because it doesn't give you any words. You just sing to a blank screen.

I'm gonna buy it. It looks like a great party game along with Your At(In?) The Movies.

True but if they have some kind of recognition code running (like karaoke machines do), than it can still let you knoe whether or not you hit the vocal part at the right time. Some karoke machines only do this. Yes I realise as a gamer, playing a game is expected to be a much better exp. than doing karaoke, but I think you see my point. It will be interesting to see hou they do this and I f they do in fact have something like what I'm talking about.

its carbon copy of singstar with a few adds. i don't think it will be a trend setter.

I might get this, it might be a fun game to play when my family or friends gets together for certain events.

I don't want to add to the hate for this game, since I'm sure it will be good, but half of the people who say they will get it probably won't end up getting it.
