How many are surprised Nintendo is being sued again? I'm not, they have the most popular system, so of course MANY people are going to try to claim they have some kind of patent Nintendo infringed. Either way, I think had the Wii been a flop, they wouldn't be interested in suing Nintendo, because they wouldn't get a piece of that VERY large pie!
30-someting now, 40-something next decade!
