Trust Bell sales will be around 30-35K
PS3 HW sales won't rise much, Maybe 10K.

The game is old and didn't sell well in Japan on the XBox 360, so I doubt it'll do much on the PS3. This is not the PS3's first JRPG. All the previous titles like Untold Legend and Folklore didn't do much in Japan for sales. Japan gamers are waiting patiently for FF XIII and WKC. That's it.

Looks like PS3 owners are not interested in old 360 ports, not that I can blame them. Even VC sold 40k on its first day (it almost doubled for the first week).

I expect first week numbers to be a bit less than 35k.

Wait a minute?  You are using the Xbox 360's disappointing performance with one game of which there are dozens in the genre on the console to make a comparison to the PS3's horrendous performance with a game that was meant to act as a lighting rod for the JRPG genre?

It can no longer be spun Mr Mature.  The PS3 just got a very impressive JRPG, and it barely left the shelves it was set up on.

I'm not the one spinning here Mr. craft. take your trolling elsewhere. Late ports of games have always and will always sell less. Just wait an see when Bioshock come out. ES will bomb. The game is as old as my grandma and didn't get the best reviews.

Wow.

Some nice low First day numbers for "Trusty bell".

It'd be lucky to beat out the 360 version.

Shame I really don't care about sales of the game, since I'm much more excited for WKC, and that will obviously do better than a year old game.

IDKY people expected too much from a mediocre game launching a year late on the PS3.
