So, let me get this straight. It's not okay that Mario is constantly re-used, even if each way he is used is fresh and unique, but it IS okay that Final Fantasy is constantly remade, even though it stays refresh.

Nah I don't like those remades to it is only good if you don't have the game played before.

 

Obviously, you dislike Nintendo games regardless of how good they are. That's fanboyism just as much as loving Nintendo games regardless of quality. I don't love all Nintendo games, I have repeatedly expressed disappointment at many Nintendo games (such as Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime Hunters, every remade Kirby games with pretty much the same crap), but you seem to hate them all just because it's got that Nintendo name on the front. I ask you how you are not being a hypocrit?

WTF? Where do I say I hate all Nintendo games?

Because I don't like mario 35, Metroid 7 I have them all?
Yesterday morning my brother bought Mario Party 8 and I tell you I enjoyed it but I didn't bought my Wii for
games like Mario Party 8. Probably I will have fun with Mario Galaxy, I had fun with Zelda to but what I want and was hoping for new franchises you can say Wii fit is something new but that is not the thing I am waiting for. Sony did it to they launched Buzz, Guitar hero and Eye toy I don't bought my PS2 for those games but other franchises and they suprised me with games like, God of War, Timespliters, Jax and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Primal, Okami like N64 did surprise me with Banjo..

Did you played Okami? Okami 2 would be great or a game like tha would be great on the Wii!
But do Nintendo showed a new game like Okami? Everyone knows that game would be great on the Wii and would buy a Wii for it but what do they show at E3 Wii fit :(. Yes I am dissapointed.


 


Yes I played Okami, and other than the combat being limited to little mini arenas (and the game being incredibly easy) I love it. I have also played every FF game ever made in the primary series, every Ratchet and Clank game, every Jak and Daxter game, both God of War games, both Dark Cloud Games, and 40 or so other PS2 games. By the way, while on the topic: Sony stopped making Dark Cloud games, my favorite Sony franchise by far, but did I say that Sony stopped making core games? From my perspective: Sony stopped making my favorite core game series, and continued to make my least favorite core game series they make (God of War). Should I be upset with them? Yeah, probably, but I don't go around saying Sony will never make another game for core gamers, because it's simply not true, despite their games appealing to me signifficantly less now.

I agree that I want more new stuff rom Nintendo, I don't think anyone is saying the want Nintendo to stop making new games, I just think it's way too early in this generation to say they stopped completely. Obviously they haven't stopped making new core games on the Wii, Disaster is proof enough of that. You are right, there haven't been very many new IP Wii games anounced from Nintendo for the core gamer, and certainly not as many as Sony, but to claim they completely stopped making them in favor of the casual gamer is nothing but a baseless assumption.
