Don't see how this would affect Wii hardware; less competition.
the price of the "ps360" shouldn't be overlooked. With only one HD console, i guess they would have a stranglehold on the core gamers, and since this would be the only console to get all the good games on, the price may stay upwards of 500.00. There's no need to lower the price when your system is the only one to have GeoW, MGS, FF13, GT5, SC4, etc. etc ...
Without pricing on their side, i doubt it would be able to compete with the Wii.
