Forums - General - Trolling is a subjective matter!!

also you can read the rules to see how not to be banned.
I find that i can go against what someone is saying as long as I post relevant information, and a valid counterargument.
this isn't a post count board. Spamming is probably one of the easiest ways to get banned.
all of the "this is not news", "first!", "In before the lock", "i agree" stuff is spam. this is a discussion board not a room where people say hear-hear or amen to a post and leave it at that. we are not cheering on an OP we are discussing it like adults.
I think that making a clear line of what is bannable is simply setting up a loophole for people to use while still propagating the same conflict in a different way.
We should use our brains, IMO, and not rules. If you get banned it is your own fault.
My only ban came after I called someone an idiot.
That was wrong, even though he was ignoring and flaming me himself.

Some trolling is so obvious it gets funny, like that leo-j guy

I don't always check out why people get banned but when I do I always end up thinking that that person deserved it.

There's a misconception on the forum, that expressing an opinion that goes against the more Wii-loving majority is gonna get you banned but it's just not true. An unpopular opinion expressed with respect for other points of view and with arguments to back it up will always be accepted.

Also, follow theprof's guidelines and you'll be ban free!

Or you can just post in the SSBB thread.

Thank you for putting into words what I wanted to express. If I had done it, I probably wouldn't have been to kind, and would have gotten my first warning
