Fron an interview of Phil Spencer, head of MS Game development. What this means I don't know. They could be working on Halo Wars and PC versions of Halo/Halo Wars or new Halo games.

Phil Spencer: Well, there's more than one team building Halo games right now. There are more than two or three teams building Halo things right now. Some of them we will own, some of them we won't. It's never been, for me, about who you own or don't own - it's about working with the best creative talent in the industry.

Love Halo though--I hope they make each game a quality entity in its' own right, and not just 'NOW IT'S A TACTICAL SHOOTER! NOW IT'S A STEALTH GAME!'

I agree.

microsoft is pulling the mario effect for Halo. Hopefully, they won't just be like "Halo Party 15" and instead be whole new games with different outlooks upon the Halo universe. maybe some genre jumping.

Good lord, a Halo RPG would be sick.
