Forums - Microsoft - EA and Microsoft earn perfect scores from gay rights group

According to this GamePolitics.com piece, EA, Microsoft and GameStop have all been awarded a perfect score from Human Rights Campaign for “their treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors.”

The information’s contained in the group’s 2009 Corporate Equality Index.

“The 2009 Corporate Equality Index shows that corporate America understands that a diverse workforce is critical to remaining successful and competitive,” said HRC boss Joe Solmonese.

“In the absence of a federal law that prohibits workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity or expression, it is up to employers to take the lead and implement policies that ensure all their employees are protected.”

Now who said MS are all bad.

Sounds gay if you ask me.

To be honest, I didn't start picking up the word 'gay' to represent negativity in video games until Mario Kart 64 and Smash Bros.
