As soon as you're absolutely sure this is done, please take a photo or short video of how excited or angry you are and e-mail it to me at electionreaction@gmail.com so I can throw them together into a little montage. I want to see jumpkicks, high fives, cartwheels, back flips, whatever you got. Photos or short videos.

At least the public seems to want what the Democrats are offering, such as fixing our fuel problem long-term and fixing health care.

We'll see what else Democrats try to slide under the door, but they are going to get quite a bit done within the first 100 days I imagine. The election looks like it is going to be a landslide.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

Wow, someone is shitting all over the chat thread. Must be an enraged McCain supporter.

I can hear it four years from now: we could not accomplish anything because we did not have a filibuster proof-proof Senate...

Well, there's some more elections in two years. Nintendo #1, Obama President? I think anything can happen now. Palin for President in 2012? You betcha.

If everyone is so certain Obama why aren't the news stations going crazy ? is Mcain still in with a chance or something.

I'd love to join in on the chat room. But My girlfriend is still home and I just can't let her know about this nerdy place I frequent.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Some polls are still open. It is really impolite to call an election before they all close.

An act of God - or McCain hopping into a fighter and divebomb Grant Park.

As akuma stated - it's not cool to call it until all the polls are closed. Unless, of course, it's definite that Obama is soooo far ahead and it's virtually impossible for McCain to come back.

New Mexico went with O - thanks, my folks. 'Preciate you all!
