The first thing that came to my mind was Police 24/7 if anyone remembers this. I think it was made by Konami (I'm not sure on that one), but it was an arcade only title, and pretty innovative in it's use of motion sensing to allow players to duck for cover, dodge shots, lean left and right, and jump out of cover to shoot.
Considering this is going back at least 10 years ago it did a damn good job of it too, and I'd love to see a remake of that, or a new title with the same intentions :)
