Former Bush adviser Karl Rove said Sunday that Sen. John McCain had gone "one step too far" in some of his recent ads attacking Sen. Barack Obama.   Karl Rove said both candidates are guilty of going too far in their attacks.

I think that they are both going too far. But Obama is responding very childishly to it. Calling other liars and such.

As for the Karl Rove thing, I don't think he has much room to talk about going too far.

I don't think either of the campaigns has gone too far (yet) but I do think that their supporters and advocates have stepped over the line on both campaigns. The Republicans seem to be following the standard approach to underhanded attacks, while the Democrats seem to be exploring new areas of sleazy politics.

Both of them seem to be flat out lying about so many things. I can't wait for this to be over, it's a slow agonizingly painful process that makes you sick to watch.

Yeah the black baby thing was really terrible. Didn't they (though it can't be proven it had anything to do with the bush camp of course) claim that he was a shell shocked war veteran with mental problems? Rove is by far the dirtiest fighter in politics. If you got into a bar fight with him he'd throw sand in your eyes, and then when you were blind, punch you in the nuts SEVERAL TIMES and then while you're on the ground trying not to vomit or pass out, he resorts to biting your ears and pulling out your hair. He's a bastard.
