Probably from the site.  I can't wait for the Mother 3 fan translation to be done.  I am a huge Earthbound fan(even though I only played a little of Earthbound and never played Mother 1 or 3).  I played the beginning part of Earthbound on an emulator but plan to get it anyway once it comes out on VC.

To get Earthbound, get an SNES emulator.  I recommend ZSNESW(or what ever it is called) and get it off a ROM site.  Better yet, you can just wait until it gets released on VC as it is already rated by ESRB for the Wii.(For moderators:I apoligize if anything I said was not allowed on this site)

Wait, are you talking about Mother 3?  In that case, check the fan translation site until the translation is done.  Then, download a GBA emulator and chances are that the fan translated rom will be on the site.

Earthbound is considered to be one of the best JRPGs on the SNES.  You will have to do a bit of grinding ever now and then from what I heard but if you can live through that you will love the game.

We wouldn't have to emulate Mother 3 if Nintendo weren't being stupid thinking the game wouldn't be popular in the US just because Earthbound didn't sell very well.

Go to Google and search for 'GBA emulators".  You should get plenty of sites that have them available for download.
