Figures. I would understand support, but that's it all coming from Sony fanboys and Microsoft bashers, especially acting as though Microsoft committed some sort of crime. This makes me question their judgment.
And again, we knew for months the first runs were made of cheap materials. We didn't need this guy. Microsoft already realizes it's cheaper to make a solid console the first time. It's not as though they were going to through that away again if this guy hadn't done this.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

I would like to see the part of the NDA that says they cant speak about an already released product (The XBOX360).
Please, tell me how they can keep an already released product under an NDA? Pretty please? As far as I know, as soon as a product is released publicly all NDA restrictions are lifted regarding it. The reason he says bring it on to a multibillion dollar international corporation is because he probably already talked to a lawyer who told him that they were full of shit.
I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.

Ahh...one guy saying what everyone already knew. He was stupid to put his job and finances on the line (even if he thinks/knows he is clear legally) to tell the world something they already knew.

I had no problem with the 360 until December of '06 when I thought doing tech support for the 360 sounded like it might be fun. It was the worst job I have ever had. Day after day lying to people about thier console scratching disks, telling people they had to pay to have thier faulty machine repaired, and telling them that Live was working fine and that the problem was on thier end when we knew that an earthquake had killed servers, or during christmas and a few game launches when the traffic caused it to shut down. I personally was witness to over 180 christmases that Microsoft ruined. Towards the end of my 2.5 months of employment there I simply started giving away free repairs and the few free games that I could(we could only give away 4 titles, Kameo, Perfect dark and i forget the others). It was so sad to have to send people thier 6th,7th,8th etc. machine knowing that it would likely break as well.
I however just quit and found another job. I don't know that I'm ever going to buy Microsoft hardware. While I expect companies to do decietful things I was surprised by the amount of people who could continue to lie to others day after day for a paycheck. That was what I found to be most disturbing.
