I would like to see the part of the NDA that says they cant speak about an already released product (The XBOX360).
Please, tell me how they can keep an already released product under an NDA? Pretty please? As far as I know, as soon as a product is released publicly all NDA restrictions are lifted regarding it. The reason he says bring it on to a multibillion dollar international corporation is because he probably already talked to a lawyer who told him that they were full of shit.
I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.
