They are having a Doctor Who marathon on the Sci-Fi Channel today, so that brings the question to my mind how many Doctor Who fans are there on these forums, Who is your favorite Doctor out of the nine (ten?) actors that have played the role so far, and what are your favorite episodes of the series?

     I think I actually prefer the Christopher Eccleston Dr. Who.  I wish he had had more than one season in the role, and I think there were a lot of great episodes in his run as The Doctor, but I don't think that his season's two part finale has ever been topped though David Tennant's Cybermen versus The Dalek's was also great in my opinion.

    I have a DVD Collection The William Hartnell Collection Doctor Who the Early Years which is also quite enjoyable yet quite a bit different.

    What are your thoughts on Doctor Who?

Who and what are my favorite episodes? The Office UK Christmas special.

Tom Baker or William Hartnell, and a few of my faves are anything Steven Moffet writes (empty child, doctor dances etc) and the Dalek Invasion of Earth (old one from the 60's). Glad to see more doctor who fans on here.

I have only seen DW since the resurection, and I must say I love DT, and I am really annoyed that there wont be a proper series next year

I think Paul Mcgann should have been given a longer stint. He brought the character back in a new way, but they killed him!

Was he the one in the movie that they showed on Fox a few years ago? It was about atomic clocks.

It was a good movie. I think I know someone that has it on VHS...if they didn't accidentally tape Olympic gymnastics over it.

Tom Baker is kind of the obvious answer, but he is my favorite. And for some nonsense reason I just love "Ark In Space". I could watch that over and over (and have) for no discernable reason.
