New IP as in Intellectual Property - e.g. when Wario first appeared it was considered new IP.
Project H.A.M.M.E.R. is new IP as well - that is, if it ever sees the light of day...
I wouldn't mind if it meant the end of credit card numbers friend codes, though!

I think the only Zelda game that will be announced at E3 will be PH, no new Zelda just yet. As for your other predictions Mario Kart will definetely be mentioned, hopefully some footage will be shown, there has been a lot of speculation about this title from NOE.
As far as your other predictions go the one I personally hope for is Kid Icarus Wii, seeing how Pit is playable in SSBB, it has a good chance of seeing a revival. If they do it, I hope they'll use the same engine they used in Zelda:TP, I think that would work really well for Kid Icarus. I believe it has been around 17 years since Kid Icarus for the GB was released, it seems time to release a sequel :p.

I realize that some people may think I'm nothing more than an xbot who's looking to bash Nintendo every chance I get but I'm trying to change that image and treat every console fairly. My comments on StarcraftManiac's predictions are just what I honestly think, and are not meant to try to spoil everyone's fun. I'm really looking forward to Nintendo's E3 Press Conference to see what surprises they may have planned.
