The creator is from South Korea. He doesnt speak much english but between the first two which came out in 2004 and 2005 and the second two which came out this year he seems to have improved his understanding of the english language.

I agree with the person who said high-school or junior-high romance stuff like this can be dumb, but this one is pretty touching. You really feel it in episode 4 after you have watched the first three.

^^ Yup got the idea from this cartoon... :) I have been following it since 2003 when I studied Animation Design.. I love the way he uses the camera to create a unusual animation.. learned a lot from this guy..
