Square Enix Executive, Shinji Hashimoto, has again stated that FF VERSUS XIII is a PS3 exclusive, in the wake of the surprising news from E3 2008, that FFXIII has gone multiplatform:

"We won't change policy," said Hashimoto. "Final Fantasy Versus XIII is still a PlayStation 3 exclusive."

Now im not sure if similar things were said when FFXIII was first announced, but at the moment Versus XIII is PS3 bound only.

Hashimoto also revealed that Tetsuya Nomura is working on a new game- though only the title is known: "One Goal Spirit.". Obviously Nomura is a busy man at the moment, so One Goal Spirit has taken the back burner, as time and resources go into FFXIII

if nomura is working on it, it should at least be on the hd platforms

I think you might be overlooking the fact that He also made that DS game set in Shibuya. Chances are 50-50.
