Well, that shows why MS have no choice but to drop price in US and Japan (even if you assume the 360 sales were a little low due to people waiting for the price cut).

All eyes on when we see its impact as it will indicate a great deal I think about next 12 months in US.

I Don't get the exchange rate excuse for low wii sales.... they can just sell and keep the cash in $ till the rate changes while in the mean time gaining interest on it...though it is pretty low now...

They are more likely just stockpiling 40-50k units a week for christmass demand already (it's not that much considering they need a good 2M available for that periode...)

PS3 sales this xmas will be Huge.

Well I think the mainstream knew a price cut was coming that explains the 360's sales this week. We can expect sales to be risen higher next week for the Xbox 360.

Overall, the sales look normal and seeing the PS3 rise some units is a plus and healthy. The Wii and DS still maintaining their status quo. And the PSP is doing well.
